Why Kennedy ABA for BCBAs

Why BCBAs choose Kennedy (and stay)

Caseloads that are manageable

8-12 families. That’s it. You’ll know your clients’ names, remember what happened last session, and have time to do quality clinical work.

A schedule that fits your life

Morning person? Work mornings. Need Fridays off? Take them. Want to front-load your week? Do it. You build your schedule around your life.

In-home work that transfers

You’re teaching skills in kitchens during breakfast. In living rooms during sibling fights. In real moments that actually matter. No more hoping clinic skills show up at home.

Support when you need it

Stuck on a tough case? Senior BCBAs are available for guidance. Regular peer consultation means you’re never figuring it out alone.

What your day looks like

The work

Assess new clients and build treatment plans that fit their actual lives. Supervise RBTs in homes during real sessions. Coach parents during real moments so they know what to do between sessions. Adjust treatment when something stops working.

The setting

You're traveling to homes across your North Carolina service area. You're on the floor with kids. You're talking to parents at kitchen tables. You're answering texts from RBTs who need real-time guidance. You're doing clinical work.

What you're not doing

Managing an unmanageable caseload. Spending weekends catching up on paperwork. Burning out because the job is set up to fail.
